Melissa Plotkowski – Online Marketing Manager

Melissa started with The Pond Guy in 2012 as a Pond Tech. With the continual growth of the company, Melissa began working with the website and quickly needed a team to help manage the many products we carry online. In addition to the website, Melissa also oversees all The Pond Guy’s weekly emails along with the blog and other marketing initiatives.

Joe Mejia – Vice President & General Manager

Joe started with The Pond Guy in 2003 in the service department, raking ponds for extra money while going to college. As the company started to grow, he took on more responsibility and quickly rose through the ranks of shipping/receiving, sales, accounting, IT and marketing. Since 2008, he had held the position of Vice President & General Manager.

Brandy Serano - Creative Director

Brandy was hired into The Pond Guy in 2012 to lead the Creative Department. As Creative Director, she is responsible for maintaining our brand through design and elevating all creative projects throughout the company. Brandy manages all creative content and layout for our robust 67 page retail catalog. The Creative Department handles everything from designing websites, digital media and all printed material as well as product photography and product manuals.
