POND TECH / INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE

Are you an energetic sales person with a gift for offering exceptional customer service?

If you enjoy developing relationships with a variety of customers and being part of a fast-paced dynamic sales team, then this is the career opportunity for you.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated inside sales associate with excellent customer service skills. A technical background is a plus. By phone, our inside sales associates troubleshoot and provide maintenance plans for customers based on their unique pond needs.

Requirements: 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience & proficient computer knowledge including Word and Excel.

Compensation: $18/hr plus incentives and benefits.

WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Are you looking for a stable, yet fast-paced dynamic environment where you’re treated like family and people actually care about one another? Do you enjoy being on the go?

Our Warehouse Manager is instrumental as we deliver quality service to our customers. Expect through training in our shipping and receiving process which requires a focus on accuracy and detail as we continuously strive to provide our customer with the highest quality service possible.

Requirements: 3-5 Years of shipping and receiving supervisory experience. Proficient computer knowledge in word and excel. Experience using a forklift, preparing Global International shipments, Customs Invoices & NAFTA documentation using UPS, FedEx, DHL, YRC and other freight carrier portals. This position involves continually lift packages typically weighing 25-35 lbs & the ability to maneuver up to 150 lbs of weight.

Compensation: This is a salary position with benefits.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Requirements: 1 year of administrative experience is preferred & proficient computer knowledge including Word and Excel.

AQUATIC APPLICATOR

Do you love the water and being outside? Are you good with people and take pride in your work?

We are looking for a people who love to be outdoors and have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with our customers. Our applicators are involved in the management of nuisance algae and aquatic weeds in our around our customer’s waters.

Requirements: Must possess a valid Michigan Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Experience in chemical application and pesticides is preferred, but is not required. We offer training and certifications.

Compensation: $14-$16/hr plus benefits.

SHIPPING & RECEIVING CLERK

We’re looking for an organized, detail oriented individual with the drive to complete daily goals in an accurate & timely manner.

Requirements: This position involves continually lift packages typically weighing 25-35 lbs & the ability to maneuver up to 75 lbs of weight.

Compensation: $12/hr - Regular & Seasonal Positions Available.

PRODUCTION/LIGHT ASSEMBLY

Do you enjoy production work but are looking to make a change in your environment? Are you looking for a CLEAN, QUIET, family environment with GREAT hours?

Is this you? Then we need you as a part of our production team! Expect thorough training in our production process which requires a focus on accuracy and detail. There is a family dynamic at The Pond Guy that extends to the customer as we strive to give them the highest quality service possible.

Requirements: High detail orientation and organization are a must. Position involves continual lifting, lowering and carrying packages that typically weigh 25 - 35 lbs. and managing packages up to 150 lbs. Assembly experience is a plus.

Compensation: $12/hr with benefits
