POND TECH / INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE

Are you an energetic sales person with a gift for offering exceptional customer service?

If you enjoy developing relationships with a variety of customers and being part of a fast-paced dynamic sales team, then this is the career opportunity for you.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated inside sales associate with excellent customer service skills. A technical background is a plus. By phone, our inside sales associates troubleshoot and provide maintenance plans for customers based on their unique pond needs.

Requirements: 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience & proficient computer knowledge including Word and Excel.

Compensation: $18/hr plus incentives and benefits.

DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Are you a decisive self-starter with an analytical mindset?

Our Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing and analyzing paid and organic search engine marketing activities and will be on the forefront of new search technologies. The position is key to future growth and will be responsible for the top-to-bottom coordination of all of our pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.

Requirements: Fluency in Google AdWords and Bing Ads, 2+ years of experience managing paid search programs, Working knowledge of Google Analytics (or other analytics software), conversion tracking, e-commerce and the interplay of PPC/SEO and local search

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK

Do you enjoy working ‘by the book’? Are you detail oriented and consider yourself a ‘perfectionist’?

We’re looking for a skilled accounts receivable clerk to provide financial, administrative and clerical services. Our Accounts Receivable Clerk is a critical contributor to our accounting team. Strong interpersonal and communications skills as well as experience in effectively communicating key data is a must. This position should have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.

Requirements: 3-5 year of working experience as an accounts receivables clerk, Degree in Accounting.

PRODUCTION MANAGER

With a reputation for fast delivery, quality and superior customer service our Production Manager will be a critical member of our leadership team. You will be required to develop work-flows, improve processes and coach your workforce to do the same. This is a hands-on position that will oversee all manufacturing.

Requirements: The Production Manager must possess a variety of analytical and mechanical skills. It’s important that they have a degree of tolerance for uncertainty since production operations management conditions are ever changing. Applicants should have 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience is required and a 4-year college degree is preferred. Our Production Manager position will require 50% sitting/50% standing. This individual should also be able to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and maneuver larger objects with assistance.

SHIPPING CLERK / PRODUCTION & LIGHT ASSEMBLY

Are you a hands-on, hardworking person?

If you would enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, then this may be a career opportunity for you.

We’re looking for an organized, detail oriented individual with the drive to complete daily goals in an accurate & timely manner. You will be cross-trained in all warehouse and production positions.

Requirements: This position involves continually lift packages typically weighing 25-35 lbs & the ability to maneuver up to 75 lbs of weight.

Compensation: $12/hr plus benefits
