"Quality Pump!"Jack of Sterling Heights, MI
I was very impressed when I received this pump. It appears to be very well made and it is in my pond and working well. The long 32'power cord was a plus.

"Junk"El Banner of Covington, KY
My installer told me to buy one of these to replace a previous pump. I purchased the Shinmaywa and it failed in less than a year. Then the company I bought it from wouldnt cover the warranty due to "all of the problems with the pump company". I paid for a new one and it failed in 2 months. JUNK ****Hi El, I'm sorry to hear of the experience you've had with these pumps, we've not had any issues with our supplier and very little if any problems with the pumps. I'm not sure how long ago you purchased the pump but if you have the pump and receipt we may be able to assist you with a warranty replacement.
