Nature's Blue™ is the ideal color for decorative ponds as it contrasts perfectly with lush green landscaping. Nature's Blue™ is our customer's favorite in pond dye.
Twilight Blue™ maintains a neutral blackish-blue tint that is ideal for shading and protecting your pond without making drastic changes to natural pond coloring.

How To Apply Pond Dye PLUS
Shake well before use. Apply directly out of the container. Pond Dye PLUS works best when poured in several spots along the shoreline.
When To Apply Pond Dye PLUS
Apply as needed. To experience benefits of bacteria, apply when water temperatures are above 50°F. Wait 3 days after an algaecide and/or herbicide treatment to apply Pond Dye PLUS. Heavy rain and/or intense sunlight may require additional treatments of pond dye.
Restrictions
Pond Logic® Pond Dye PLUS may be applied to lakes and ponds used for irrigation and aquaculture. Water treated with Pond Dye PLUS may be used for recreation, fishing and other activities immediately after treatment. Safe for recreational ponds, horses, livestock, birds, pets, fish, wildlife and the environment. Do not apply to water that will be used for human consumption.

To my surprise this stuff really worked. I have been using AquaShade for years and was nervous when my wife ordered Blue Plus. The color did not bother me but I was worried that I would have more algae then normal. I have to say that my pond has actually never been better. I have to say we actually like the deep blue color better then AquaShade.

I put it in the pond and the dye was throughout the pond within 24hrs. Within a week I could see the pond start to become clearer. I switch back and forth with both the liquid bacteria and plus so I can keep adding the bacteria every two weeks without over doing the dye.

We have never used a dye before. But after having such horrible weed growth the past several years, I talked my husband into it. At first the color was a bit shocking. But as it dispersed it was aabsolutely gorgeous. The pond has never looked so inviting AND CLEAR! Even my husband loves the color, who had always preferred the natural pond look. My dogs and children swam in the pond the day after application and did not come out blue- just in case anyone was wondering. I am thrilled with this product!

used this could hardly tell i had applied it may have cleared up water a little or summer did it will not repurchase -mike ***Response from The Pond Guy - For best results on water clarity, Pond Dye Plus should be applied every two weeks while water temperatures are above 50 degrees. This will boost the performance of water clarifying beneficial bacteria.

I have to say I was tired of the same color pond. I have used AquaShade, Nature's Blue, Crystal Blue and I am sure a few others. Twilight Blue gives you a deep color that looks very natural but it keeps the pond looking clean. I think the bacteria in it worked too? I had very little algae this spring. I actually started using PondClear packets and only add dye as I need it. I think it would get expensive to try to keep adding dye every time you need bacteria?

It's a beautiful color, but I'm not sure any other benefits are obvious. The water is not clearer, only nice and blue. I've still got algae, but the water maintains its blue color.

"A Lengthy Review"Twilight Blue of Baker, MT
For the three years we had our ponds we were plagued with thick nasty green algae by mid summer. I tried every product I could find to no success whatsoever. I had to find something safe for our labs that live to swim and all the wonderful wildlife that share our property. Then a neighbor saw a pond when he was on a job and it was clear and beautiful. He found out that they had been using Twilight Pond Dye Plus. He called me that night with the information off the container. I called the next morning with a renewed energy. We discussed my situation and I then ordered the product immediately. Our pond in the front of our house is already clear and I get a ton of comments on what a beautiful color the water is. I agree but better yet, the healthy bacteria is eradicating the ugly green algae and keeping it clear. I used it on my backyard pond a week ago now and already see great results there too. I chose to use a little more product and darken the water a little more to keep the intense sunlight from producing more algae. The ugly thick algae on top is already gone and the pond water looks like water again not thick pea algae soup. We are so happy with the results of both ponds and will never go without this product again. I can not tell you after years of frustration over products that harm animals, fish, the environment, etc. I found this gem of a product. My pond supports pets, wildlife galore, birds, etc. so I am so thankful it is a safe product. I will be a user of this product forever and how wonderful to see the birds and wildlife return to drink clean water.
