Pond Logic® Seasonal Defense® is formulated for the cooler months of the season. Seasonal Defense® accelerates the decomposition of leaves, scum, and sediment that create pond muck during the fall and winter months. In the spring Seasonal Defense® replenishes winter bacteria loss, jump starts your biological filters and breaks down unwanted waste. Use Seasonal Defense® to maintain your pond through the cooler part of the season and give yourself a head start on your summer pond management.

How To Apply Seasonal Defense®:
Add the appropriate number of water soluble packets using the dosage chart above, evenly dispersing them around your pond. DO NOT open the water soluble packets. Packets will dissolve when placed in the pond water.
When To Apply Seasonal Defense®:
Seasonal Defense® should be used in late autumn and early spring. Autumn applications should begin when water temperatures fall below 55°F. Spring applications should begin at pond startup or just after ice melt.
Seasonal Defense® Restrictions and Precautions:
As it is NOT a chemical, Seasonal Defense® has no state or water use restrictions.

I used seasonal defense last fall and getting my pond going this spring seems like a breeze. It must have dissolved most of the leaves, there was hardly any debris. I have also used it as suggested this spring and the pond is looking great. Any thing that makes the spring cleanout easier, is worth its weight in gold!I am still getting a pond vac when I can talk my wife into it!!! |

Seasonal Defense works great and is easy to use. Just toss the amount of packets as the directions states into the water. It takes care of the work. |
