- Cut At The Base Of Pond Weeds
The revolutionary Jenlis Weed Razer™ Aquatic Weed Cutter easily removes stubborn pond weeds in just a few minutes! The ingenious Weed Razer™ has a unique V-shaped lake weed cutter head with razor sharp blades that are designed to be the most efficient and effective pond tool made to cut or shear almost any type of rooted aquatic vegetation; such as Watermilfoil, lily pads, pond weed and even cattails. The razor sharp blades of the Weed Razer™ can easily shear through submerged weeds as well as cattails.
Remove weeds in a simple 4-step process!
Give it a toss.
Let it sink.
Pull it in.
The Weed Razer™ clears a path 48" wide with each throw. Weighing just 8 pounds, it is light enough to toss 30 feet or more, yet heavy enough to sink straight to the bottom. Once you've cut the pond weeds, we recommend that you remove the cut vegetation from the water. Decaying vegetation will provide nutrients that can stimulate new vegetation.

"Great investment. Saves time."Jenny Lee of Cassco, MI
I was hesitant to spend over $100 for a rake, but after going to the store in Marine City and checking out this tool, I bought it. No dragging weeds through muck - just a clean cut to the root. What usually took all day has now taken me less than an hour with my husbands help. My parents and friends have borrowed for their ponds as well. I recommend it to anyone who needs to clean up their pond full of weeds.View entire review

I was looking for a tool to help me cut the weeds in the pond and came across this Weed Razor on the Pond Guy web site. The free shipping helped me to try this weed remover out. Glad I did, it has been very helpful in cleaning up my pond. I've suggested this to several of my neighbors who have ponds.View entire review

This thing is awesome. Cleared my pond of cattails in 45 minutes. Cuts at the base and they do not grow back ! Do not use on rocky or stumpy bottomed ponds. These are real razors ! I love this thingView entire review

This cutter is fantastic! We've had a different type of cutters in the past but I lack the upper body strength to use them for more than a few minutes making it impossible to keep up with the cattails that plague our pond. The razor is very easy to use and works great. I am looking forward to reclaiming our pond to the beautiful pond it once was.View entire review

well made, this is my second one. Somebody borrowed the other and kept it. Just slightly on the heavy side, hard for an old guy to throw way out, but great otherwiseView entire review

This is an excellent tool for cutting bottom growing weeds that might flow through the tines of a surface rake. Although much care needs to be exercised in its use because it is literally razor sharp, it is a highly effective product.View entire review
"Thank You"David W. of Moultrie, GA
I received the WeedRazor and found it very easy to put together. I put the grommets into the holes on the shaft and pulled the rope through and away I went to test out the product. The fourth throw, the rope cut into and I had to wade out to retrieve the Razor. I reapplied and again the same thing happened. I went to a hardware store yesterday and now have a Razor that will stay with me. I took out the grommets and inserted a bolt with a chain (3 links) with washers and one lock washer. Went back to the lake and cut to my hearts content. The Razor is excellent and I am proud I made the purchase.View entire review
"Do Not Loop Rope As They Tell You"David W. Thomas of Floral City, FL
I was loving my Weed Razer as I had cleared a 125 ft path across my shoreline. I had looped the handle like it said in the instructions. On the next throw, the clamp in the rope gave way and I lost the razer. I had it about a month and the company has no guarantee. As the weed razer is near a gator nest, I cannot swim out and retrieve it. $140 down the drain as they say!View entire review

"Jenlis Weed Razor"Russ Bowman of North Tonawanda, NY
I recently purchased a Jenlis Weed Razor to clear a bunch of well established Cattails from my 1/4 acre pond. This thing is awesome and works just like the video shows and is a good value. I had a serious infestation that took nearly 8 hours to clear but the pond is now Cattail free. The only real down side is the way the rope attaches to the handle. The grommet system failed and the rope got cut resulting in a bit of an unwelcome swim to retrieve the Weed Razor in 9' of swampy water. I put a plastic sleeve in the handle to protect the rope from the metal of the handle and tied the rope in a knot to prevent loosing it again. Absolutely no problems after doing that and the tool preformed flawlessly through the rest of the job. The only other thing I modified was the loop to retrieve the tool. Due to the size of the Cattails I had to pull rather hard to cut through some of them so I attached a handle from a ski tow rope to pull with. Just easier on the hands that way. Some of the Cattail stalks were nearly 3" in diameter and the Weed Razor cut through most of them like butter. I would highly recommend this tool to anyone clearing Cattails. Just secure the rope a bit better than the the instructions indicate.View entire review
