"Aweful product"Peter Henderson of Vancouver, WA

Difficult to apply, mix and get out of the cans. Only coves a max of 20 square feet, even though it advertises 60. Don't buy this product or if you do, buy a minimum of 1.5 Gallons as you will need it.

The product is all that it claims to be. The videos and instructions on their web page pondarmor.com are very helpful, if not necessary to a successful job. My repair of cracks in a small cement bowl that were caused by freezing this winter was easy. There are no short cuts! Take your time and do as instructed and you will turn that cracked pond into a new thing of beauty.

"Pond Armor covers much less than advertised"fred nakamura of los angeles, CA

I agree with Peter Henderson. It covers much less than advertised. Maybe about a third to a half. Hard product to apply. Have to work very fast. If you decide to use it, buy it in quart sizes and mix only what you can apply before it hardens.

"not so great"Jeff Higgins of port huron, MI

This product is more hype than actual great stuff. It claims to cover rough surface easily. Didn't happen. I had to poke it into surface with paint brush and in the process it hardened on me. I lost about have of the product and it is a little too expensive to have it wasted. The time frame was not the one hour I was supposed to have. It is also hard to remove from can and covers far less than it is supposed to, even by following EXACT instructions from the website. I would think it should cost far less to have such issues.

I wish I'd read the other reviews first. It is very difficult to get the product out of the can to mix in a partial batch, it is very difficult to mix, and it dosen't apply worth a darn. If you can get it where you want it, it does a decent job of sealing.

"Non-Toxic Epoxy Pond Sealer"Harv of Lorena, TX

When I opened the cans to mix the product, the part 1 (color) was hard!!! The part 2 was very thick and would have been difficult to pour out to mix a partial batch. Very disappointed! ***Response From The Pond Guy - Thank you for working with our customer service team to resolve this issue. We hope your new batch of Pond Armor Epoxy performs as expected. We appreciate the feedback. ***

The Pond Guy customer service had to resolve a defective product issue with my first batch of Pond Shield and I was sent a replacement. I mixed the product and completed my project with great results! The only complaint I have now is that the mixing instructions were not clear to me which resulted in thinning it a bit too much. It did work good even though it was too thin. I let it set a little and it did thicken and completely covered the project as intended. Thanks to the customer service rep Sue who was very courteous and helpful.
