How to Apply:
Apply scoops directly to the pond water. For larger ponds, it may be diluted in pond water and poured evenly around the water's edge.
When to Apply:
Water temperature has no effect on Clarity Defense. It should be used all season long and may be dosed 2-3x the recommended dose with no adverse effects.
Please remember to follow all label instructions
How Does It Work?
The natural sea plants in this product help bind phosphates, creating a salt and making phosphates unavaliable to plants to feed from. In completing this process, the water becomes clear and polished.

that this keeps my pond clear, followed the guys directions and poured it after mixing in my skimmer and let the pump spread it out, after it all settles it leaves my pond so clear! I love it! |

For years I lived with murkiness in warm weather despite following all the usual recommendations (chiefly applications of bacteria and Interpet Pond Balance). I never had any obvious suspended or floating algae, just progressive visibility declines until it becomes hard to see fish on the bottom in shadows. I mixed Clarity Defense with water and spread it around the perimeter. One application fixed it. (However, I am continuing on lower maintenance doses.) The stuff works as advertised---very impressive. |
