How To Apply
Ensure the pond is well aerated. Dilute the proper dosage of TetraPond® Algae Control in a bucket of water. Pour diluted mixture into the pond or fountain evenly along the edges. Do not overdose! Treatment may be repeated if needed every three days, and for up to three total doses. Use 1 ounce per 360 gallons. Remove all dead algae from the pond.
Warm Weather Precaution
Before using TetraPond® Algae Control, please be sure to provide adequate aeration from a fountain, waterfall, or air pump. Keep pumps running 24 hours a day when using this product, especially during the warmer summer months.
Restrictions
Do not use tetraPond® with ponds containing invertebrates or crustaceans such as crabs, shrimps or crayfish.

This product took most of the algae out but it left a sheen on top of the water. The sheen went away after running the pump for 3 days straight. ***Response From The Pond Guy - The sheen could be pollen on the surface which can be broken up when placing your hand in the water or using a pond net.
