How do I order?
Searching For Products To Order:
- Use the search box in the upper left hand side of the site to search for the products your looking for.
- When you find the item(s) your looking for simply click the "Add to Cart" button. You will automatically be sent to your shopping cart.
- From here click the "checkout" button and follow the on-screen instructions.
**Also, you may browse our current catalog online by clicking the "Shop our Online Catalog" in the upper right hand side of the site.
Know What Products You Want?:
- Use the "Quick Order" feature of our website. It is located on the left navigation underneath "Catalog". Follow the instructions for entering item #s and quantities. Click "Add Item" Button.
- After adding your items you will be transported to our checkout.
Is it safe to enter my credit card information online?
Absolutely. Our secured server encrypts your credit card information ensuring a safe purchase.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
No problem. Simply scroll over the Customer Support tab on the top navigation bar and select "Forgotten Password" from the drop down menu (You may also click here, Forgot My Password). Enter your e-mail address that you used to set up your account and the password will be e-mailed to you shortly there after.
How do I return an item?
It's simple! You must be completely satified with your purchase or you get your money back! Please call toll free 866-766-3710 before returning an item. You will be given an RMA# to write on the outside of the box that you're returning. This ensures your return will be expedited quickly and correctly. Please Note: Items without an RMA# will not be returned. Items returned in re-sellable condition, within 30 days, may be exchanged or refunded for the full purchase price. A 15% restocking fee will occur after 30 days. No returns after 90 days. All Airmax(R) & Pond Logic(tm) brands have a satisfaction guarantee policy.
What do I do if an order I received was damaged?
Please inspect your delivery before signing your delivery receipt. Signed delivery receipts are proof that your shipment has arrived "complete and without damage". You may refuse a shipment if it has suffered damage in transit without penalty.
Where is my order?
If you are a registered with out website, simply log in, hover over "My Account" in the upper right side of the site and click on "Order Status" to see where your package is. If you are not registered, hover over "My Account" and click on "Tracking". Type in the necessary order information and viola, it will tell you what status your order is in.
Why can't I get Algaecides or Herbicides shipped to my state?
Algaecides & Herbicides are restricted from being shipped into the following states: California, Connecticut, Maine, New Jersey, New York & Washington. Any orders being shipped to these states containing chemicals will be omitted from the orders.
