We Help You Plan for the Future

401(k) with employer match. Our plan is absolutely amazing! Employees can roll over and/or begin contributing to their 401(k) after 90 days of employment. After one year of employment, The Pond Guy matches 401(k) contributions 1 for 1, up to 4%. Employees are fully vested immediately.

Work and Life Balance

Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days. Immediate eligibility for eight (8) company-paid holidays. We care about our employees’ needs and ensure there are opportunities for open communication. Managers meet individually with employees quarterly (or more frequently) and are available to discuss any concerns employees have.

We have a large campus with state-of-the-art facilities, equipment, and advanced technology. We invest millions in technology so our teams can continuously improve and innovate. Our workspaces are modern, bright, and clean.

For breaks and lunch, we have a beautiful kitchen which features café style seating and couches. We also have an outside eating area with a great view of our Koi pond, and a full-size pond is just a 5-minute walk away with another great seating area. On those hot summer days, our Events Team can be found whipping up slushies for the Tribe. There is always something fun happening at The Pond Guy.
