"Defective"Blaine of Lakeville, MN
The light was great for one month and the switch went bad. Called the Pond Guys to have it replaced which they will do no problem but they informed me that I have to cover the cost of shipping it to them! Why would should a customer have to shell out more money for their defective product? I must be old school and don't understand the process of taking care of customers. ***Response from The Pond Guy- We do split the cost of shipping. Upon replacement of the defective item, The Pond Guy pays for the cost of shipping a replacement item back to the customer.
