Stainless steel "J" hooks are designed to hold life-rings up on any wall, fence, dock, etc. Your Life Ring will be out of the way and off the ground where moisture and animals can damage them.
Usage Information

How to install
Pencil a 12" long, level line, approximately 48" from the ground, on the wall, fence, or post where your life-ring can easily be reached. Hang one hook at each end of the 12" line by screwing through the top holes only in "J" hooks. Hang your life-ring and slant the hook to match the curvature of the ring. Make sure the life-ring can be removed easily from the slanted "J" hooks. Screw through the lower holes in the slanted "J" hooks and you are now ready to hang your life-ring.
