How To Assemble

To assemble you will need a Phillips screwdriver and a standard brick or half cinder block.

Step 1: Attach the four connector tubes on one side of the log making note of "Up" etched on the log.

Step 2: Forming the log shape, attach the connector tubes on each end to the opposite side of the log.

Step 3: Run the two middle connector tubes through a standard brick to attach weight to the log.

Step 4: Push the limbs into the drilled holes so they extend about one inch past the inside of the log.

Installing Attractors

Single Logs or Porcupine Attractors Create a Breeding Ground for Baitfish
Single logs or porcupine attractors provide an escape area for smaller fish and should be placed in water 3'-4' in depth. Baitfish will have a ready food source of plankton and insect larvae that grow on the limbs of the Fish Attractors. The vertical tubes also provide a substrate on which the forage fish can lay their eggs.

Combining Logs to Create "Tree" Structures Attract the Big Fish
Combining several Fish Attractor Logs together produces a permanent haven for bass, crappie and catfish. Best utilized in water that is 6'-10' deep, these "tree" structures provide over the surface area for plankton and insect larvae to attach to. The tunnel through the log allows baitfish a place to hide, which in turn attracts the larger fish and becomes the perfect spot to fish.

Placement

Recommended per Acre:
• 12 Single logs/Porcupines
• 9 Tree Structures (Each tree = two 4' logs)
