Bio Blox Filter Media are a unique filtration media that can enhance your water clarity and reduce your ponds nutrient load. Bio Blox Filter Media is created from varying filter media in both thickness and density, which allow for the trapping of larger pond organics or for accumulation of finer pond waste. This filter media has 525 square feet of surface area per cubic foot. Bio Blox work great in any waterfall filter.

How To Use
Bio Blox work most effectively when they are cleaned sparingly during the pond season, as accumulation of organic materials will encourage the growth of beneficial bacteria and aid in clarifying your pond water. For best results, use with beneficial bacteria, such as Pond Logic® Nature's Defense®.
When To Use
Filter media is best used throughout the spring, summer, and fall seasons. Cleaning and storage should happen before freezing temperatures occur.
