Protect your submersible pumps from large debris with The Pond Guy® PumpBuddy™ Pre-Filter. Constructed with durable 1/8" mesh fabric and 1" filtration media, the PumpBuddy™ filters out solid debris before they have a chance to enter your pump or clog your waterfall filter. Simply slip the PumpBuddy™ over your pump's intake and run your plumbing out the open top. A sewn-in drawstring allows you to pull the PumpBuddy™ securely around your pump. Simply remove the PumpBuddy™ and rinse with your garden hose to remove collected debris. Works great with Pondmaster® Mag-Drive, The Pond Guy® MagFlo™, Pondbuilder™ Clear Water, Supreme® Hy-Drive, and The Pond Guy® UtilityFlo™.

I love this filter, helps keep my main filter cleaner. The only problems I had with it my large hose comes out the bottom so i had to cut a hole in the netting. That is the only reason I gave it a 4, but it really catches every thing. I will be buying another when this one wears out.
