Our Receiving Coordinator is a critical contributor to ensuring quality supplies and service are provided to customers at all levels. Using high accuracy and detail, our Receiving Coordinator will review incoming orders for discrepancies and damages and distribute the shipment to the correct department. Our Customer Service team engages with customers by providing e-mail, phone, and chat support. They are the Subject Matter Experts on our extensive product line, diving deep to understand the customer's underlying pond issues. Facilities / Maintenance
The Pond Guy has multiple facilities in Armada and Romeo, Michigan, where our products are designed, developed, tested, produced, packaged, and shipped. Our Facilities and Maintenance team ensures our Tribe has a safe, clean, and fully functional work environment. The team tackles large-scale facility upgrades as well as routine preventive maintenance.

Local Service
Our southeast Michigan Pond & Lake Service Department provides aquatic services for over 500 waterbodies each season from 5,000 sq ft ponds up to lakes 10 acres and larger.
The Pond Guy has licensed Service Technicians familiar with common weeds and equipped with the right pond care tools such as spray boats and specialized cutters. The team also helps to install, remove, store and maintain our local customers’ pond equipment such as aeration systems and fountains.

Outside Sales/Airmax, Inc.
In addition to providing pond, lake, and water garden solutions directly to our customers, our Outside Sales team serves and builds professional relationships with industry dealers, distributors, professional pond and lake managers, specialty retailers, and other wholesale partners. The Outside Sales/Airmax team serves industry customers in all 50 states and 10 countries.

Our Product Development department includes Engineering, R&D, Quality, and our Repair Center. Our Engineers and R&D pros utilize state-of-the-art tools and technical principles to develop innovative products and find solutions to the industry’s most difficult design challenges.
The Quality team brings standardization into the production process, ensuring quality and consistency. Our Repair Center team handles repairs and warranty items for aerations systems and decorative fountains, all while gaining insight on ways to improve.

Shipping/Distribution Center
As part of Operations, our Shipping team works hard to provide affordable, accurate, and fast shipping to our customers in all 50 states and 10 countries. From our Distribution Center, we store, pick, pack, and ship products to fulfill customers’ orders. Shipping takes care every step of the way, ensuring that orders arrive on time and are accurately and safely packaged.

Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days. Immediate eligibility for eight (8) company-paid holidays. We care about our employees’ needs and ensure there are opportunities for open communication.
